When craving a microbrew but unable to leave your micro-people with a sitter, why not bring ’em along to one of these family-friendly local brew pubs? Las Vegas has become quite a hub of high-quality, award winning craft brews, with many pubs and tap rooms to enjoy. Focusing on family, here are five that are known to be family-friendly (and in many cases, dog friendly, too!) Add these to your list of places to visit as our world opens back up and we can gather safely again. Cheers!!
Scenic Brewing Co.
Located near The Lakes, this “Review Journal’s Best of Las Vegas” Winner is a sports bar, brewery, and kid-friendly restaurant with a focus on local offerings: all 19 craft beers on tap are devoted to Nevada microbrews (most of them their own.)
Big Dog’s Draft House
A founding father of local breweries, Big Dog’s was the first in Southern Nevada, opening in 1992 due in large part to their pioneering efforts to make brewing in Nevada legal. #battleborn You can find many different style’s of their brews around town, but you will only find the full selection of available brews at Big Dog’s Draft House. Truly a local’s pub house, look for family-friendly events on their massive events calendar.
Nevada Brew Works
Located in the heart of the Arts District, this family-friendly, dog-friendly brewpub has a huge beer garden. While serving up hand-crafted, small batch brews, and deliciousness from their kitchen (woodstone fire pizzas, anyone??) they also have a huge heart in their charity work, founding and supporting The Ariana Rye Foundation. Good people doing good in the world – what’s not to love??
CraftHaus Brewery
As the name suggests, CraftHaus Brewery was inspired by the craft beer culture in Europe. Located in the Booze District of Henderson (yes, there is such a place!) kick back and slowly savor your pint, European-style!
Able Baker Brewing Co.
There is much whimsy in the style and flair at Able Baker Brewing Co. so it’s not surprising to see it is a family friendly brewery restaurant. Located Downtown Las Vegas, be sure to #DoTheDuck when you get there (and share a photo on Insta so we can all see what that means!)
