Ahhh, brunch! That magical meal between breakfast and lunch (or a substitute for either) that grants us permission to consume sweet AND savory AND partake in our favorite adult beverage! It doesn’t get much better than this (unless we’re talking about breakfast for dinner that is), and you can find some amazing options in Las Vegas!
So, grab a friend and get ready to get your brunch game on!
Marche Bacchus
You may recall Marche Bacchus from our post on Wine Experiences and their brunch experience makes them worth a mention again. If you need a refresher, Marche Bacchus is located lakeside – an ambiance you just can’t beat!
They lovingly call their brunch offering Blunch – Brunch or Lunch any day of the week – and offer bottomless Mimosas or Sparkling Wine. You can also grab a caviar service, a truffled goat cheese napoleon, or a lobster salad croissant, among others.
DW Bistro
DW Bistro offers an enticing combination of Jamaican and New Mexican cuisine. This may sound like an odd pairing; however, at their Brunch – offered Saturday and Sunday – you can feast on items such as Flautas, Jerk Pork Hash, and Eggs Benedict with the magical Jalapeno Bacon (yes, you did read that right spicy bacon is here to make your day ah-mazing!). Leave room for dessert, which features their legendary carrot cake – but be sure to bring a friend as it serves 2-4.
Honey Salt
Honey Salt is a New American Bistro, located in Summerlin, that offers a casual atmosphere with farm-to-table ingredients. Along with breakfast favorites that include Monkey Bread and Dutch Pancakes, you can also partake in Pizza (including, you guessed it, Breakfast Pizza). In addition, they offer more brunchy dishes such as Avocado Toast, Bacon Grilled Cheese, and a Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich.
Truffles N Bacon Café
Women-owned Truffles n’ Bacon believes that food should be fun (how could it not be with a name like that?) and dishes up American comfort food with a twist. They serve the usual (think pancakes, omelettes, steak and eggs) and some truly amazing concoctions like Breakfast Mac. Yes, you read that right! Mac n’ Cheese in a breakfast format. They also have a “Not So Secret” menu that features Ube and Pandan flavored items. In the mood for savory lunchy things? Check out the extensive Mac menu and a generous list of sandwiches and burgers.
Egg Works / The Egg & I
Egg Works consists of a group of seven restaurants located in the Las Vegas Valley that serves up all things breakfast and egg (if that wasn’t obvious from their name). Their menu is so extensive, its 7-page layout is vaguely reminiscent of Café Tropical a la Schitt’s Creek (but much more cohesive, I promise). You can basically get eggs in any format you can imagine – including items with Hawaiian or Ole flair. If you are feeling ultra-adventurous and want to venture into lunch territory, give their Cincy Chili a try (if you have never had Cincinnati Chili, it consists of spaghetti, covered in chili, with cheese and oyster crackers). Burgers, sandwiches, are also available, as are some adult bevvies to help you wash it all down.
