WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THE SOUTHWEST VEGAS VALLEY…
I live in Spring Valley, so I spend a lot of time traversing the southwest. I love that freeway accesses make it very easy to navigate. The southwest, while expanding impressively the last 10 years, still maintains a sense of local community. There are many master planned communities that are all-inclusive, which make it wonderful for families looking to find a neighborhood with plenty of new parks, community centers and pools. It almost feels like an oasis in the Vegas desert, with lots of lush greenery pocketed against the majestic red rock vistas.
