Bethany’s communication was top notch. She preempted our questions, sent text, voicemails, emails and video updates on a regular basis. We had a large group of siblings selling a house and at no point did anyone feel out of the loop. She used all the technological advances in real estate flawlessly and it greatly improved the quality and efficiency of the home sale experience. We had novel challenges that sometime happen in probable related sales but she tackled them with ease, confidence and promptness that allowed the sale to continue as scheduled. Bethany was excellent. We live out of state and were selling our house remotely. Bethany was very responsive and was willing to communicate over different mediums. We had many challenges during our sales process. We were executing a 1031 for the first time, the first contract fell through, and the title company refused to release our earnest money despite the first contract falling through 1 week after the close date (buyer’s end) Bethany handled all these issues like a true professional! Not only did we end up getting our house sold for asking price but Bethany stayed in communication to ensure we recovered our earnest money 2 months after closing on the house.
