If you’ve been daydreaming about finding your perfect home, now’s the time to dive in – pool floaties optional. But before you start picturing backyard BBQs and pool parties, let’s chat about what you need to know to make the most of the Spring housing market. Spoiler alert: it’s a wild ride, but with the right game plan (and a little guac), you’ll be ready to conquer it!

Why Spring is Prime Time for Home Buyers

Spring isn’t just about allergy season and chocolate bunnies – it’s the hottest time of year for real estate! Why?
