I’ve scouted out the best margaritas in Las Vegas (hard work all!) and now to complete the happy hour spread, I’ve sought out the best guac. The eateries may look a bit familiar, as it seems when one makes a killer marg, a killer guac isn’t far behind. Let’s explore the best guacamole in Las Vegas!
Hola Cocina and Cantina has a modern-day Mexico vibe – while their offerings are deeply rooted in tradition, the restaurant has its own unique character. Their guacamole is no exception. Offering Traditional (avocado, onion, garlic, fresh lime, serrano chile, cilantro, and spices), Madre’s Style (Traditional plus pomegranate seeds and toasted pepitas), and Dirty (Traditional plus chorizo, chicharron, queso cotija).
Juan’s has a stellar reputation for, you guessed it, flaming fajitas, at both of their locations (Henderson and West Las Vegas)! I mentioned Juan’s in our margarita post and boasted about their guac, so it’s no surprise that it is this my list. Not only is it fantastic, but you can have it made at your table and choose your own ingredients!
Is a festive Day of the Dead vibe more your speed? With a hand-painted floor, wrap around murals, and festival skulls watching over diners, Borracha is as unique as its surroundings. Located in Green Valley Ranch, their slogan is “Tequila for the soul, tacos for the heart.” Their guac features avocado, garlic, lime, cilantro, cotija cheese, and of course chips.
With three locations in the Las Vegas Valley, you can’t miss Lindo Michoacán. They feature a fresh guacamole dip, which is made table-side. Starting with Hass avocados, they add jalapeno, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and fresh lime.
Located in Tivoli Village, this award winning restaurant’s mission is to serve authentic Mexican cuisine centered on organic and non-GMO ingredients. The menu and ambiance are amazing. Their guac is also prepared table-side with avocado, onion, tomato, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime.
Nothing pairs quite like nachos and guac! Enter Nacho Daddy gourmet nachos (and as we have seen thus far, great margs too!). They offer some killer vegan dishes, including a great queso, and of course, amazing guac.
