I’ll give you three guesses where a buyer starts their home search first (and I’m sure you’ll only need one). Inevitably, they break out the internet browser and look online. Those listings that are polished and feature professional photography are most likely to catch their attention and cause them to linger on a listing. Lingering is good.
If you think about it, having a picture that is dark, unfocused, or shows your pile of laundry is not a great first impression. A professional photographer will work to create the best image using the light and space to their advantage. Awesome, right?
Worried about the price tag, don’t be! Professional photography is not just for luxury homes and those “insta perfect” properties. Real estate agents (yours truly included) know the value that great photographs bring to marketing a home. In fact, if you list your home with me, I will virtually stage a home for clients who have already vacated. This helps virtual viewers preview the space and shows the listing in the most pristine light.
Make sure your home stands out among the sea of listings as potential buyers sort through properties online. Professional photography will help you sell your home faster and for a higher sales price than those without. Present your home in the best possible light to attract those buyers and encourage them to visit and make you an offer.
